Shipping Policy
Most of our shipping is done by Australia Post, providing you with a tracking number. We provide free shipping Australia wide for all orders above $89. The shipping cost for orders less than $89 is only $10. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from Sydney.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. If 15 days have passed since your item was delivered we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If we send you a wrong item we will happily exchange it or provide a full refund. If the item you receive is broken or damaged, please send us a photo within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will happily exchange or refund at no cost to you. Return shipping for wrong or damaged items is covered by us.
Natural Variation in Crystal Products
Please note that crystals and mineral specimens are natural products and will vary in size, shape and appearance from the images shown. Some clusters naturally go through minor wear and tear which is acceptable given the nature of these specimens. Product images are representative of the range and not the exact piece you will receive unless otherwise stated.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplement products including hemp seed oil, shilajit and black seed oil cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.
How to Return
To initiate a return contact us at Sales@holytrinitymindbodysoul.com.au within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
